You can send a message to your supplier, directly via the platform, in relation to a specific questionnaire or assessment that you have asked them to complete.

The NQC platform supports direct messaging between suppliers and customers to help resolve direct questions or actions against questionnaires or data requests.

To contact your supplier
- Sign in to your NQC account.
- Click on the 'Supplier questionnaires' tab and select the supplier category name shown next to your organisation name at the top of the Dashboard.
- Find the relevant questionnaire on your Supplier questionnaires dashboard that you want to message your supplier about (use filters and search if needed).
- Select the supplier category name shown next to your organisation name at the top of the Dashboard and switch the view to 'All suppliers' to search across all suppliers.
- If you need to search across all suppliers, select the category titled 'All'.
- Once you have the correct supplier category showing on your 'Supplier questionnaires' tab, use the filters and search options to find the supplier in question.
- Click on the 'Message' icon on the right of the relevant supplier's questionnaire tile.
- If this is the first message between you and the supplier, choose a name for the message topic and select 'Save'.
- Type your message to the supplier in the message box provided.
- You can use the platform 'Translate' option if you need to translate all messages in a conversation so that the recipient can view your message in their platform language.
- Select the paper plane icon at the bottom right of the message box.
