What are Labels?

Labels allow you to organise, group and filter questionnaires using custom tags that are shared across your organization.

Background

Labels replace the previous Category functionality, providing a more flexible way to organize questionnaires. Multiple labels can be assigned to a single questionnaire, allowing organisations to group questionnaires in ways that reflect their own workflows and reporting requirements. Labels are shared within your organization but are not visible to external organizations.

Steps

Using Labels:


  1. Create labels that match your internal processes or reporting needs.
  2. Assign one or more labels to questionnaires.
  3. Use labels to filter and organize questionnaire views.
  4. Share a consistent labelling structure across your organization.
