I forgot my password. How can I regain access to my account?

Answer

Use the 'forgotten your password?' link on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Steps

If you've forgotten your password


  1. Go to the NQC sign-in page.
  2. Select the 'forgotten your password?' link.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your NQC account.
  4. Select 'Send'.
  5. Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for a password reset email from NQC.
  6. Click the link in the email.
  7. Follow the instructions on the page to create and confirm your new password.
  8. If you don't receive the email, check the troubleshooting FAQ on how to prevent our emails from going into your spam or junk folders.
