How do I request a refund?

In accordance with our Payment Terms, all payments made through the platform for SAQ validation and related services are non-refundable.

Background

When you make a purchase on the platform, such as for SAQ validation, the payment provides immediate access to the service. As outlined in our Terms of Payment (https://nqc.com/terms-of-payment), these transactions are non-refundable except at our sole discretion and as agreed in writing. Please be aware that the price paid is exclusive of VAT and any other applicable government levies, which are payable in addition to the service fee. Furthermore, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or other related charges; these are independent of your purchase from NQC and remain the responsibility of your organisation.
