Answer
You can manage your email alerts by selecting the specific questionnaire types and statuses you wish to be notified about within your account settings.
Background
The NQC platform allows you to personalise your notification preferences to ensure you only receive relevant alerts. Notifications are targeted specifically to the user who has configured them, reducing unnecessary noise for the rest of your organisation.
Alerts are divided into three main sections based on your role and subscriptions:
Questionnaires: Used by suppliers to receive notifications regarding their own organisation's questionnaires and outstanding tasks.
Supplier Alerts: Used by buyers to stay informed about the progress and status updates of the suppliers they are managing.
Sub-tier Alerts: Available to organisations with a subscription to Supply Chain Mapper (SCM) to monitor the compliance and progress of suppliers deeper in their supply chain.
Please note that certain critical alerts, such as "Requested" status notifications for outstanding actions, may be mandatory to ensure compliance tasks are completed.

To configure your alert notifications:
- Sign in to your NQC account.
- Select your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
