How can I change my password if I know my current one?

Answer

You can change your password anytime via your user account settings.

Background

For security, you can update your password whenever needed. This is done through your user account settings, where you can also manage other security features like 2FA.

Steps

To change your current password


  1. Sign in to your NQC account.
  2. Select your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select 'Account settings'.
  4. On the 'Account' tab, scroll down to the 'Security' section.
  5. Select 'Edit password'.
  6. Enter your current password for verification.
  7. Enter your new password, following the provided password rules (check the strength indicator).
  8. Confirm your new password.
  9. Select 'Save'.
